• Provide the following eye health screening and consultation by registered optometrist of The Hong Kong Optometric Association:

1. Visual Acuity Test
2. Macular Screening
3. Diabetic Retinopathy Screening
4. Intraocular Pressure (IOP) Measurement
5. Cataract Screening

• All screening items are free of charge
• The screening voucher will be distributed on first-come-first-serve basis
