Oral Health Education Booth in CLP Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Day 2016

Project Concern was invited by CLP to provide an Oral Health Education Booth in CLP Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Day 2016.  A total of 1,500 people participated in our game booth during the event.

Exercise Classes and Health Talks

Date: 19 March, 2 April and 16 April, 2016 (Saturdays)
Venue: Multi-function room, 2/F, Tsz Wan Shan South Estate Community Centre, Tsz Wawn Shan, Kowloon
Organizer: PCHK Medical Services (Sponosred by HSBC Community Development Programme)

The event was sponsored by HSBC Community Development Programme and aimed to promote healthy lifestyle to the elderly.  Chinese medicine health talk on pain relief treatment was provided by a registered Chinese medicine partitioner.  A simple exercise was also demostrated to the elderly by a professional fitness trainer.  More than 50 elders participated in the activity.

Elderly Visits 2016

Date: 23 January and 2 February 2016
Venue: Tung Chung and Shatin

The visits were organized by Hong Kong Society of Medical Professionals Charitable Foundation.  A home visit to 140 live-alone elders in Tung Chung and Shatin were held in January and February 2016 to show the care and love in the community.
